refuse to collect their router

im writing to this platform for the second time i have a problem which is still unresolved ...i disconnected the router months back and I've been calling rain to come and collect their router and they don't take my calls i will hold for more than 30 minutes without any assistance i also sent them emails to say can you please cone and collect your router they ignore them but im being billed every month even the amount they say im owing doesn't match with the months i haven't been paying ...they responded from this portal to sat they will attend to this matter now they sent their callcentre agents to tell me that they are hanging this to their lawyers rain are ****mers they loot people i don't remember signing a contract the very first month of non payment they have to collect their router but they didn't do so
