Refusal to refund unauthorized debit order!!!!
I cancelled my 5G on the 17 March 2022 because internet got so bad. Rain then debited my account in full on the 25th of March R499 and again on the 25th of April R499. I keep asking for my refund but they ignored all my emails and finally they responded yesterday saying they don't owe me anything! HAIBO!!! HAIBO!!! They don't deserve even that one star rating! I personally signed up to Hellopeter today just for them....Really Rain????
