REFUSAL TO CANCEL CONTRACT: RAIN INTERNET

Good day, I ordered wifi fibre from Rain, it was delivered and I was charged pro rata. After it was connected 40Mbps I had continuously buffering. When I consulted them I asked it Rain fibre was in my area. They confirmed. After a few days of suffering with continuous buffering I reverted back to my old service provider. I contacted them and they then informed me that I was in a 4G area and would suffer with buffering. This was on the 25th June 2023. I requested to cancel my contract with immediate effect and they promised to to it. They deducted then the instalment of R559.00 for July and for August 2023. It appears that they will not cancel the contract. They do not comply with the NCR Act as they want a months notice too
