Refusal of cancellation, continuing debiting my account
I requested cancellation of my Rain subscription on 01 September 2025. An agent confirmed this, yet Rain refused to cancel, claiming I owe them. Despite two reference numbers and multiple escalations, I received no call back or assistance. To make matters worse, they still debited my account on 26 September 2025. Never use rain! Run!!!
