REFUNDS - RAIN

Quick to make a sale but when it comes to refunds they'll take their sweet time.

Rain's policy states refund will be made in 7 -10 working days yet i have been waiting 20 days.

Would NOT recommend RAIN to anyone. They keep telling you the same story that they'll escalate your query and it will take 7 to 10 days!!!! Its BEEN 20 DAYS...

Once you ask to speak to a supervisor, they put you on hold and don't get back to you.

I ordered my package, decided to cancel the next day, i did not receive anything from then except terrible service or lack of service.
