refunds

Had issues with their courier company when they had to deliver my simcard, which resulted to me cancelling everything, with that being said. I asked for a refund a month ago was told it would be processed after 11 days, today marks a month and a week since this and whenever I call, I get the same story that they are trying to process the payment it's an issue with refunds department.
