Refund/lost sim

This rain thing is made by ******. Their website says there's coverage yet when you start using it, there's nothing. I told you guys my Sim is lost yet you continue debiting my account, fools refund my money and cancel this so called service. They say they detected the Sim was used, I would think that would be the case if someone picks it up. Stop sending mails and have the decency to call
