Refund the double deduction Man yerrre

How os it a late payment when you debit yourself. In May you debited 25 May, then i told you im starting new job in june i want you to change debit order to 1st of the month, you still debited on the 25 June, i called you to fix the debit for July to ne end of the month becuagause i get paid on the 31st, you still went nasad debit on the 25 July, navand called me on the 26 July after sending you Facebook inbox asking why are you debit because debit date is last day, you called me nasad dixed the debit date and still went on and debit on 1st August. which payment did i miss. I just went to my bank to do a scren shot of ypur debits from may. how do i attach them here

I am not querying my debit date because you failed to oblige to it since June. Im querying why did you debit my account twice for the services of one month. Can i please have my refund because i cant be paying twice because of changing debit irder date

Who did you advise that once a person change a debit order they pay double deduction. Thats nonsense.
