Refund still didnt happen
Not a single person from Rain has contacted me since i logged the ticket. I've sent my POP. No one reached out to me. I need to ask for updates on my Hellopeter review other than that no one from Rain support or the billing team has ever gotten back to me. They are still sitting with my food money in their account and has no urgency in solving the querie
