Refund seport is bad

I have a problem with rain. They sepose to refund me. Asked for banking details what I did sent 4 times with emails and did also phone about every second day. They promise that someone will email me back from accounts or phone me to say when or what. But still nothing. My husband have throuth canser can't Speek I do all the payments and considering and they first off all try to refund but bank details not ride I did email all the details a waiting a month now nothing. 2 months not using rain and one month no service paid but could not use rain. I want an answer from them at admin accounts that do paying today please. Thanks Mr JP Gouws
