Refund query unresolved since 21 December 2022

Good day

I would like to express my disappointment with the customer service and response time with Rain. I have had an ongoing billing query since 21 December 2022 which to date has not been resolved. I as the customer have continually sent follow up emails regarding my query and I am not getting anywhere, not to mention that when I called the customer care line, I sat waiting for 8 minutes before I got through to a consultant, who could not even assist me. A refund is due to me which I have clearly provided all pertaining information for which is not being resolved. They are quick to take your money but when it comes to giving back a customer is completely disregarded. I will not leave this query and I will continue to push and hound until my query is resolved.

I am completely disgusted by this service and will never recommend Rain to anyone ever again. You do not deserve a star rating at all.
