Refund query ignored

Rain deducted a monthly subscription that I've already manually paid for. It's been a week now and no one is calling me back to assist with the refund and I've been calling and talking to different ppl that all don't seem to help. I've sent proof of the manual payment made and they've accepted it but my money is still not refunded. One call center lady was so rude to me, she wouldn't even give me her name when asked. I've been a customer at Rain for many years and this by far is the worst treatment I've ever received from them
