Refund query

I have sent a review a few I believe it was 2 weeks ago about a pathetic service I have had experienced with RAIN. Someone got back to me have an email to send all the correspondence too and the proof of double debits since June but no one got back to me. She offered a discount but she also never got back to me I would really love to mention her name here because I do have her name date and time of the call. Rain I want my money back from the double debit you did in June and the one for last month. You are very quick to take peoples money but never respond to and email or queries we send your WhatsApp channel which is very useless.
