REFUND PROMISED- 2WEEKS ago AND NOTHING!!!!!

Hi requested a SIM 3weeks ago. When they called me for delivery I couldn't accept the sim because I was ****** and didn't have my original I'd. A certified copy was not suffice.

I then requested a refund, the same time I received a call, confirming it that's true and confirming it will be processed. Now it's been 2 weeks and I have not heard from you. I want my money back within 24hours or I will pursue further action.

Hi Fathima,

It's been a day and a half and still no contact from Rain.

I will never recommend Rain to anyone!!!!

If I do not receive a call by 5pm today, I will take Rain to the telecommunication ombudsman and or ICASA themselves.

This service is absolutely disgusting. Damn
