Refund! Poor and Pathetic Service!

I reported my initial query with Rain on Hellopeter (09 Jul 2020 at 11:23) stating my complaint and got a quick response from a Rain agent. Is Hellopeter the only way Rain responds to its customers? I am waiting for my account to be refunded by them, I have complained numerous times about their connectivity and after I cancelled my sim card with them they still have the audacity to debit my account after I cancelled all services I had with them. I cannot pay for a cancelled sim service. Rain's competitors DO NOT take advantage about the Covid-19 crisis so I fail to understand why they hide behind this crisis when we all still have to work under the given circumstances! IT IS NO EXCUSE! I want my damn money!
