Refund on unfulfilled order!

I need a refund on a payment I made for an order that was not fulfilled and wasn't reflected on the website. The support link on the website doesn't seem to work as I have tried so many times to get help. My order number is ***. I have since cancelled this order online but need my money back as I foresee that Rain does not have good customer service
