refund on services that was not used

I called Rain during April 2024 to supply me with a cheaper package and they indicate the 5Gunlimited 5G home wifi +FREE monthly calls & data for 2 phones R595.00pm i accepted the offer and indicate that the previous package of R739.00 must be cancelled as soon as the new package was activated, end of May a amount of R1390 was deducted. i call them again and was informed that it will be cancelled immediately as i dont use that wifi line anymore. the assistant also indicate the previous wifi gadget will be collected but no collection was done yet, today 1 June 2024 amount of R1390 was deducted again. i need a refund for the May and June deductions
