REFUND ON RAIN ROUTER 4 DAYS USE.

On the 3rd of June I paid 5G Home Basic, it was then delivered on the 9th, as I type today it's the 12th meaning I have used it for 4 days, which their contract days you get q refund before 7 days. The device took 7 days to arrive at my place. I'm a loyal customer using a 4G R299 for a year.

This router has not in 4 days downloaded 1GB file, so I hope I won't be Losing another R500 I honestly hope and wish rain will refund me. Reference Number: *** ticket.
