Refund on my 5G package

I've got the worst service ever, when clients want to sign up, you get agents calling the whole day, but when there's an issue, not one person has the tenacity to follow up on clients.

I was sold a wrond package since I didnt have 5G in my area, and I haven't received my refund over 2 months now,. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO JOIN RAIN GROUP, THEY ARE ********** AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
