REFUND NOT RECEIVED
I've been waiting for my refund for more than month now. Everytime when I make a follow up I've been told my matter has been escallated I should receive my payment soon.I'm really tired of calling Rain which is also costing my time and money without solution. The last person I spoke to was some Parkistan guy by name of Mayur who promised I will get my refund by the end of the day but still nothing. Disgusting service ever!!!!!!!!
