REFUND NOT RECEIVED ** ACOUNT NUMBER ***1 **

I have cancelled my service with Rain on 26 September 2024 effective the end of September. Rain did not cancel my service and 2 debit orders were deducted on 05/10 - R 825.00 & 05/11 - R 825.00. I have contacted Rain in this regard, and they have apologized and arranged with the courier to come and collect their router, They said after the router was returned they would refund my money. The courier picked up the router on 21 November 2024. I have still not received my refund. I have phoned in numerous times and sent emails receiving reference numbers.
