Refund not processed yet.

On the 10th of March I purchased a Rain SIM. I paid the R250 but then, unlike any other provider, they did not accept my body corporate levy statement with my address as FICA. I asked to be refunded. They promised to action it, but they didn't. I then log a query a couple of days ago on the website and I'm being ignored.

Note this is not my first or second review on Rain. I am stupid for trying and believing in better service.
