Refund not processed

Bad customer service. I had canceled cos of no access to the internet. Their 5G has lot of issues.When I asked for them to refund my money, they said they need to collect the router and sim that they delivered, however, its been over a week now, they haven't collected. Meaning I can't get my money back. Every time I follow-up with they, they say the matter is sitting with their logistics department whom will arrange for collection. Its been days, I have been receiving the same feedback. I cant work as I need to buy data I want my money back
