Refund not processed and no customer support with updates

I cancelled SIM on Friday last week, day after receiving SIM, and according to website as it is within 7 days I should get full refund. This has not happened, plus I have resorted to put this review here as email as well as Twitter Rain support have not given me any information regarding this being processed.
