Refund Not Paid After 3 Months and Still Waiting

I have been awaiting a refund from Rain since May 2020. They had incorrectly taken off 2 amounts from my account and only refunded me for one amount. This was during lockdown so I could not call them and emailing them is a total waste as it takes weeks to get a response. Do not deal with this company as they are pathetic and take your money for no apparent reason.

Thank you for your reply but I am not holding my breath on anyone calling me as I have had Mpumelelo call me twice but I still do not have the R479 that Rain has taken from me.

It is my money and I want it back.
