Refund not done

I was due a refund beginning May 2023 and I am still waiting. No feedback no communication.

Looks like a public reply to hellopeter is the only way they reply. I've sent how many e-mails but no reply. Statements dont show on my account since upgrade and according to my debits, amount was not deducted

What was the R89 for?
What was the R414.74 for?
With the above answers in mind, my ptevious contract was suppose to be cancelled immediately as per the phone conversation

First they confirm credit was done months ago and now they saying its not andnits not due although service was upgraded. They not replying to emails or tickets logged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
