Refund my money immediately

The worse service received from a company ever. I have use their services for about 5 months, and there was not a single day where the internet connection worked the entire day. 98% of the time the signal was off (no internet) Then I decided to cancel. But for my surprise it took them more than a month to come collect their usles router , and they still charged me for that month and half , even though they told me in advance they would not. I asked them for refund and below you have their response.
