REFUND MY MONEY
Does anyone work at Rain??? Because it has been 4 months since I logged my first support issue and no one has called me back YET you have billed me even AFTER I CANCELLED my sim with you and I see there is an invoice for July. I have not used your service but you keep taking my money!

I do not mean to be rude but you have said that twice before since then, no one has contacted me. This is really unacceptable. I have cancelled my sim and money is still being deducted from my account. That's theft.
