Refund my money as promised for no services rendered...

I logged so many tickets, were promised a refund since lockdown as i had no joy or servixe and yet they billed me r479 every minth. When i decided to cancel and get my refund since lockdown... No one responds to any thickets logged or reply on previous responses... Last response in may... They not on email or telephone and i pray someone call me back... I took this to facebook as well... I dont know where to from here... I just want my money back as promised
