Refund my money

I'm Mashala Mmakgabo Maria and I cancelled Rain services five times.In March and April Rain deducted from my credit card account an amount of R499 for each month.I wrote to Hello Peter and end April Rain refunded my R1000. On the 25th May, Rain deducted another R415 from my credit card account.I wrote to Hello Peter again in June and rain promised to solve the problem,but even now nothing has happened.How can you refund and take the money again.Interests in the credit card account are killing me,it's just a mess I am not using Rain services but the deduct money from me.
