Refund my money

Worse service ever, I signed up last year till today I have not received my rain device(router) when you call they put you on hold for hours but when it's a sales call they call you within minutes, I want my refund today I've had enough of your poor service. From the sales call I knew I got myself in trouble because the sales agent was not clear about everything and rushed me into making a payment I have had enough refund my money and keep you services that don't help anyone. As soon as you guys got my money I have never received a call yet I'm writing emails and calling daily just to be placed on a waiting list
