Refund me now!
I have sent through my cancelation request 2 months ago. I received one 3 second ring on my phone from rain and then an email saying that they have tried contacting me. I phoned in AND emailed back to say they can call me again anytime as I need my account canceled. Still haven't received a call nor an email after the lady on the phone told me she will escalate the request again. Now, today, 2023/04/15 the money is deducted off of my account again!!

15 Apr 2023, 16:45So it turns out that an employee at the company didn't do their job properly and therefor my cancelation wasn't processed.
They take my money because they ****ed up.
Now they refuse to return my money to me unless I hand over the router.
How is it that a company is allowed to ***** someone's money because of their OWN ****-ups and then still has the right to hold the money hostage because they want their equipment back first?
Does this make any sense? I swear to god this is theft.

I already stated that you can fetch the damn router. It's in white and black and it'll be admissible in court.
I can't wait 21 days for the money to be returned to me and quite frankly the only one who has been done in here is me. Not only have you not canceled my account when I asked you to, but you stole my money which I sorely need and now you refuse to keep my money unless I give you back the router? You would have come to fetch the router in the first place if you had done your damn job and I wouldnt be in the negative with my bank. How the hell am I supposed to survive? You have literally *****ed with my livelihood now and refuse to give back what isn't yours?
Not once did I say I am going to withhold the router from you. Did I say that? Just give me my money. It's not even a refund, it's giving back what isn't yours!
