Refund me My R699 no service delivered as promised

Refund me my R699 I have been calling daily since the 1st july today is the 29th July this service was an absolute disaster since day one let alone the amount of airtime i had to spend in order for them to deliver on their promise, sendi g out Ram to collect the routers and a agent advising me that i cant get a refund because refunds only ha e withing 7 days but i am not at fault for the poor services delivered from Rain I have all my emails as proof and My Proof of payment

I need my money ASAP
