Refund me back my money

I have been emailing rain since June when i took the service and i havent gotten a response to any of my email and i have been saying that my sim card never worked and i want you to refund me my money. You debited me again and had cancelled, I have emailed called facebooked and still nothing . Please can you pay me back my money. my email address is *** and when you check my FB profile you will be able to check in messenger the account details and information that you need to sort this out. It is over due and the is more than a r1000 of my money that you need to pay back.
