Refund me back

I spoke to a guy call Bongani a sales agent and advised me of the incorrect product and I everytime i call rain they say my account will be refunded and and they don’t do follow ups if paid was received and “the finance department has processed the payment” till date and they constantly debit my account I didn’t even active the SIM card they issued cause I want my money My case number is *** still pending till date.
