Refund me and stop taking money out of my account

Rain delivered their device with a sim card and this was never able to connect to the internet. No support was received either despite sitting on the line for days trying to get someone could assist.. Eventually someone answers and says, "dont worry, someone will be in touch with you within 72 hours! are you kidding?"

After a few days with no luck i asked to return my purchase and refund me which they agreed to do.

Its over a month later, they have not refunded me and have instead taken money from my account again. It takes days to get a response and I cannot get this sorted out.

Taking out rain was the worst decision I ever made.

Its cost me so much time and money and I never used a single Megabyte from them.
