REFUND ISSURE STILL NOT SOLVED

Hey People I am so tired of everything now, can anyone advise what should be done in my case. Today is the 11nth of November 2023. I don't know how many tickets I have lodged to be responded to so far. But I will make sure to come here everyday with no hesitation. I am still waiting on my refund.

I have called several times, Yesterday I spoke to Kwakhanya she let me hold the phone for almost 2 minutes and promised to call me back.

Next I called again same day I spoke to IVIWE one of the disappointing attitudes you can get in your frustrations. Guess what she did she slammed the phone on my ear (this is my time I have used to call)

I HAVE BEEN PROMISE OT BE REFUNDED ON MANY OCCATAIONS. THIS IS THE 4RTH MONTHS I HAVE BEEN WAITING. YOUR ROUTER WAS COLLECTED WHAT YOURS IS WITH YOU AND I NEED WHAT MINE YET DIFFICULT TO GET.
