Refund issues
I am still waiting on feedback regarding my refund. This is ticket #*** and I have had 0 feedback. I have tried to be diplomatic but clearly that makes me seem weak.
ALL I WANT IS A REFUND on a product I did not use, this is not rocket science!
Please get back to me ASAP!
