Refund immediately

I paid for the entire month of Feb for nothing had no internet connection whatsoever then Rain still has the cheek to debit my account when I canceled in Jan they now debit on the 1st of March again what do you onto understand about cancel I want my refund immediately including my bank charges they are absolutely useless I want my money back for the month I had no internet as well. Disgusting !!!!!

I call the call center and cannot even hear myself speak with the noise in the background and told that my "query" for a refund will be sent to accounts because she can see my account was cancelled yet they ****ing debit my account , who is going to reimberse me my bank charges as well !! Just pay my ****ing money back to me today , with the month that i paid for and had no ****ing internet !!! Please people stay away from Rain bunch of ****ing idiots !!!!! My reference number is *** sort this ****ing **** out today I need my money back today!!!!

I logged 1000 calls in february for no internet and took out internet with another service provider because rain was not working , I need my refund you have costed me hundereds of rand and now still debit my account for a service that was not delivered just refund my money that is owing to me , I did not get assistance I had no internet !!!! this is digusting to say the least I will never recommend rain to anyone !!! Have you seen all the bad reviews !!! This company should be shut !!!

How many calls were logged for internet issue give me those stats how many ref number are there provide me with all those stats this is disgusting !!!!!

SO did i use 119 GB or 256 GB in feb how many days was it down you need to refund for the days down not data used that data could have been used when it was working for the few days!!! Get the facts straight refund me for the days it was not working

Easy to say no refund is due , when i spoke to the call centre early feb who said the days that it did not work i will be refunded , I could use that amount of data a a day 2 days 3 days refund for the days it did not work go back and check all the calls i logged for the days it did not work it was not working for more than half of the month!!!!!! it's uncapped how do you charge a full month for a certain amount. absolutely shocking response.
