Refund horrors

Ordered and payed for a 5g sum card. It was delivered the same the day if not the next. Canceled the order on the spot cause I was told I could not use the Sim card for 4g services. Went as fat as telling the guy 'as soon as I get my money back, I will immediately order the 4g Sim card'. That was on the 24th of March. We are now in May and I am still waiting for my refund. I have never been so disappointed at a service provider the way I am disappointed at rain. Not only am I still waiting for the refund. They do not call or respond to your 'support issues'. I have sent nemerous messages and still no answer.
