Refund/ horrible experience

I have had such horrible experience with Rain 4g. I got sim activated it which was very quick debited my account immediately which I had no problem with as I was going to be working from home needed the uncapped wifi. Was communicating with a consultant Keaesha this was a nightmare never worked, sent a number of emails asking for assistance was requested to send screenshot which I did, nothing worked. On the 28th i tried calling as i was now frustrated no answered. On the 2nd of April sent an email for a refund as I had opt for other service provider as it was lockdown I had no choice, was promised a refund with 7 working days till date nothing. I WANT MY REFUND.
