Refund from Rain network still not processed after six months.

I bought a rain SIM card on 27 March 2022. I activated the SIM card and received a confirmation that it has been successfully activated for unlimited 4G. However I was having challenges connecting to the Rain network when I was trying to connect using my router. I called the support team several times but they were not able to assist. I decided to request my refund since I was not able to access Rain network/WiFi. I have called the support team to remind them to process my refund but I still haven't received it after six months.
