Refund from rain

I'm having bad experience with Rain they debited twice they don't wanna give me the refund They said it's been processed now it's been a month and they haven't repaid when I called today when I was the consultant hanged up saying I will get a call back still nothing I'm really hurt and I used to love this network so this what rain does
