REFUND FOR FAULTY SIM

I bought a once off sim online in January 2019. The sim never worked. I communicated with RAIN staff on several occasions but they keep on asking me to log on to the DASHBOARD which never works. I requested a refund very early on in the year but the staff seem to be unfit to do so. I did take the sim to a service provider for assistance but was told that it was a faulty sim, I thereafter informed RAIN and requested my money back. To date I am still waiting. DISGUSTED
