REFUND FOLLOW UP

I submitted a review on the 26th of September, I called on the26th and 27th of September and I was advised that my query would be attended to within 2-24 hours, it's been 120 hours and yet there has been no response, your service is the worst especially because I am now having to follow up for my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I CANCELLED YOUR SERVICE IN AUGUST WHY ARE YOU DEBITING MY ACCOUNT NOW?????????? REFUND ME
