Refund

Was happy with Rain before, rain would not charge you for a month you didn't use their service, recently they debited my account after using their service however I didn't use their service for the whole two months but still debited me and that has never happen before. When I call in the support centre the number doesn't go through. The struggle of going to the bank for this is straining I can't even reverse the payment on my app. So I would like Rain to return my money cause I didn't use their services.
