Good day

I was promised a full refund by Thato Ramere, only R111. 77 was refunded, I'm trying to get hold of him, no response, it's been almost 4 months trying to resolve this issue. I can't be paying for something I didn't pay, that's day light *******.

To be honest, Thato has been trying to sort this out, he was the only consultant who was assisting me but the reversal department is delaying.
