Refund
Since I requested for a manger in billing department I haven’t heard from rain they do not want to refund my money for a service not rendered I’m really disappointed even in management.

14 Jul 2021, 18:43I requested a refund finally when they refunded me they refunded me with 479 the amount that was supposed to be 699 I want them to refund the balance next thing they say I must wait another 7 to 10 days
