Refund

I paid R739 on the 27th of March which according to the changes I made was due on the 1st of April and afterwards my next payment when I hacked was due 1st May however rain decided to take my money again R739 today which I want back to my account was only supposed to pay on the 1st of May not today. I'm truly disappointed in this as no consultant is even professional enough to see that there was an error over the phone
