Refund due to me

Please assist i need my refund I paid my bill while I canceled and I was told last year its pay as you use. Like I paid for December till 31 and canceled 1st January 2026 now the money was paid for January and they say is for December 2025 what kind of bull is this i need my money back asp I need yo get another service provider

Its boring because if i dont pay for previous months you guys close the internet and last year you closed the internet for 3months and wanted me to pay for 3months when i was not using the internet how do you explain that. Please speak to the lady that assisted me last year from your complains team and come back to me i want my money back
